Our firm was started in 1991 in response to our perception that many small to medium size businesses were taken advantage of by the so-called industry leader. Clients were forced to pay for sub-par services and shoddy workmanship. This hurt the clients and the industry as a whole.

The reality is that there are many small to medium size companies that really do need help. For the most part, these clients are willing to overlook the rather muddied waters that have been created by a few firms, and deal with one of the growing number of more ethical consulting firms.

Recently, Gulf Pacific began a campaign dedicated to making it easier for our clients to get the help they need, and for our employees to deliver it. We, Gulf Pacific, have decided that Transparency and Humanity will carry the day---all day, every day.

We will be completely Transparent in dealing with our clients and employees. Transparency is not always easy, nor is it always fun. It can be inordinately difficult, in fact. It means being honest, it means admitting mistakes and fixing them quickly. But when all is said and done, you can walk away knowing you did the right thing, for all concerned. We will treat each and every one of our clients with Humanity. We will diligently labor to understand their needs and motives. We understand that we all need to know, up front, about the terms and conditions of doing business with a consulting firm. We will help our clients with this issue, not hide from it or throw it back at them to fend for themselves. Our employees will know how they get paid and when.

More importantly, we will be ever-aware that all of us want to be a part of, not a part from. I want that environment to exist here, for clients and associates. Gulf Pacific is a place where we say what we mean, mean what we say, and do what we say we will.

My name is Arthur Vanlandingham. I am the President of Gulf Pacific. I am a father to one thirteen year old boy, husband to a very patient wife, and have two feisty dogs. My family will always come first. My company will always do what I believe is the RIGHT thing.
